yeah exactly
the original style was inspired by mid to early nes games, think mario brothers 2, or even mc kids

the newer style is mostly inspired by far later nes games like gimmick, shatterhand, kirby's adventure and mighty final fight, which had (except KA) shorter lenghts

Redesign of Goldie. I gave her a cane that can turn people into gold statues and her dress is shorter with frills on the sleeves.
