Stylistically, it allowed me to "draw" more, and play around with a looser approach, which was refreshing. It also allowed me to think about the vehicles I wish they had kept, so I could've driven them. If I learned to drive manual, I could take the 1938 Chevrolet for a spin.

whenever you need accurate reference of military vehicles, I find illustrations like these much easier to understand for drawing your own than photographs of the vehicles as they detail out just about everything. there's model artwork for just about any vehicle you need
