The fire archetype is nice (sorry, I just have feeling for totodille and Oshawott. I never got attached to cindaquill or tepig)

these two ocs r my biggest pride and joy and are usually the ones I post about the most! their names are leviathan and lucian respectively. leviathan is a black dragon draconic sorcerer with a level in druid, while lucian is a thief archetype rogue and a bard.

Speaking of archetypes, Welf Crozzo is the Magician. The Magician symbolizes spirit, creativity, self-determination, and connection to the divine. As a fiery blacksmith seeking to forge his own path apart from his divinely blessed bloodline, he fits the archetype to the letter.

Why does AD&D produce many more distinct character roles and archetypes than competing systems? Because of its many modes of play: dungeon delve, wilderness travel, chainmail-type battle.... Each class impacts each mode in striking ways. Eliminate the modes, lose the archetypes!

Even though Max is the only card I think actually looks like a musketeer, the entire archetype is unbelievably cool. One of my favorites for sure.

Some character drawings of my School of Abjuration Wizard Tiefling! She's from a crime-themed campaign I'm playing in and she's based on old film noir archetypes.

Lilly tdoesn't tie cleanly to any classic epic archetype, but the lesson she teaches Bell this volume has some strong possible ties to the High Priestess of the Thoth tarot. The priestess symbolizes mystery, wisdom, and intuition...
