The most stunning book I've read lately is They Called Us Enemy. Thank you to George Takei and his brilliant art team! I wasn't sure my 12-year old was ready for it, but I left it out and she picked it up and wouldn't talk to me until she was done reading.

Sheer brilliance.

Wow i just realized I read tons of BL but the ones I really call my faves are titles I read as a teenager like:
- Gravitation & Boy’s Next Door.
All the popular mainstream ones are good but they always feel quite similar while reading. Except for Harada & Zariya Ranmaru Manga💕

The Far Side is coming back (YES!!)... but in reality it never left.

Some of my favorite books as a kid, but I still keep all my Far Side collections by my bed for late night reading. Still a big inspiration for me as a writer ❤️

After a while, Kitty began sleeping near the head of the skeleton while he was reading.
Papyrus apparently ignored him and did nothing when the cat's tail began to roll over his shoulder.
If he kept quiet on purpose, the skeleton never said. But clearly something changed.

📚 Elisa von Behr 📚

She is a student of the House. She is the eldest daughter of the Countess von Bern, a great Dark Mage as all her family members. She is always learning and reading. She always asks clever questions to the teacher.

"If we want our students to be readers, we have to let them read. We have to freely give them time for the kind of reading that is guided by curiosity, joy, and desire to fall deep into story. Pleasure reading. Real reading." https://t.co/RydweYLWpd

Just a reminder that I wrote and drew a that kids ages 2-6 love *and* that parents appreciate reading.

I wrote, drew, coloured, lettered, edited, and published Monkess The Homunculus myself. Unfortunately, I'm also in charge of marketing!

Captain America (2018)
Steve turns himself in. Writer Ta-Nehisi Coates’ new arc is a slow burn, but hints at a few ideas to keep me reading. Adam Kubert’s layouts and storytelling are solid, but his rendering is lax, leaving color artist Frank Martin to fill in some gaps. 3/5
