Completed Make a Magical Girl! (I am just slow at drawing lol)

She's based on Chinese dragon dance. The staff has a dragon spirit inside named Lagsaliana. Her mascot is her pet cat that transforms into a magical tiger when she uses her power and she rides it into battle :D
