so originally it was supposed to be "while taking a picture" as the prompt suggests but i made it more like just holding the camera before even preparing to take a photo, so it's more like "i'm gonna prepare to take the photo!" oops!

A couple of these have a front layer of mushrooms to add depth to the camera movement, as you can see in this final image vs the previous image where I didn't add in the other mushroom layers.
I obviously didn't put any detail in the parts that'd be totally covered.

Right corner, ground level and scrolled up. One fix I only just now made is that I had been allowing the camera to scroll one pixel too far to the right, due to overlooking the fact that Mugen/Ikemen stage X coordinates are based around a center "0" value.

One thing I do with my art is chase the work of my heroes. Silver Surfer: Parable was my first Moebius comic, and I always loved the way it ended with the camera pulling out into Earth’s orbit. In my mind, I’m doing a reverse homage here, down to reusing the same color palette:
