1938 Porky in Wackyland (Directed by B. Clampett) is a GREAT cartoon. But I notice that it has some inspiration from de Studio Fleischer Cartoons, and obviously it isn't that great as those cartoons.

Watching Mao Mao’s “Sick Mao” reminded me how wacky and slapstick-y sick day episodes used to be in cartoons. Not to say they’re extinct now; I just don’t see too many of them nowadays. Like he used his sneeze as a spirit bomb final attack I just can’t even right now like DUDE

Finished Primal arc 1. What.A.Series. What a fantastic job by Genddy Tartakovksy & team, especially Tyler Bates whose music more than makes up for the lack of dialogue. Now begins long wait for next 5 episodes. Putting this down as one of my all-time favourite cartoons. Do watch!
