It's slithering movements build up a flammable gas in it's body that it uses to fuel it's Fire type attacks. While Slizzle's bite isn't poisonous, it is still very painful and will leave a mild burning feeling for a few hours.

The doctor said that if I could lay there and get skin sliced out of my back amongst other things- then I should be able to handle an iron infusion, but I have paradoxical pain reaction so if it’s less painful it may actually hurt???
