The background should be transparent by default - you'll want to make sure that you've set the source capture to allow transparency. If that's not working, the first setting in ControllerSettings.ini should let you swap over to a green background so you can key it out.

Even the booru uploads had some of that scuff. So everyone spent an entire day going between different encoders, settings, scripts, trying to find the problem and attempting to fix it.
