Hi Kate, we love this Henry Ninham drawing 'Bell Public House'. This picture is undated, but Henry lived between 1793-1874. There's some amazing historic buildings in Pottergate, but this image reminds us that many people have walked its streets during its lifetime!

I now have much more realistic shading on the buildings. The program computes the height of each building and divide it into half, quarter,eighth,sixteenth,32nd height sizes. It then plots the shade. So the lightest shade covers more than half the building from the top. Maths.
