Well, as expected from a 30 years old Action RPG it isn't exactly fantastic in terms of combat and progression but the story was surprisingly engaging and the soundtrack pretty amazing. Some bosses were pretty fun but that final one... oh boy.

Finished my first playthrough of Trials of Mana and kinda loved it. I see why people could argue the combat is repetitive, but I think it's simplicity is a part of it's charm. I also played on hard so it's not like I could just turn my brain off, it definitely stayed engaging
