Breloom has an awesome design.
With a body similar to Ampharos, mushroomy (and kangaroomy) features, and raptor-like claws.
Its form is easily capable of being adorable OR badass.
And I love the rubber-band stretchy arm punches.

He's unnervingly relaxed and rolls with whatever punches life throws at him. He didn't even bat an eye when a failed potion gave him extra legs.

The police have never caught him.
