This has actually been a pretty major fix - I've got a lot more usable range with the transparency now, things look way more dynamic
i hate twitter's transparency but anyway we're doing a kh au for hq and this is for the karasuno / nekoma world :3 i already have too much lore written for it aha

20. transparency layer painting in the shadows to get some more depth out of those cel shadings, and we're done! Ready for the signature and the card markings!
step 15. this is the hard part, things that interact with the characters.
I add transparency where needed (grass) on a transparency layer and add shadows to make the characters really blend into the environment
Transparency blend vs. splat size blend.
