I initially uploaded these on Christmas, but it appears it wasn’t included in the tag. I’ll just do it more directly this time.

Finally, Stray. Newest arrival, new sona. One of the few designs not initially based off specific characters or concepts. Personal fave.

The latter part of the year kind of exploded with Stray art, so I'm probably gonna chill on them for a while. Barnacle Boy Laser The Meow Meow

When I initially designed Sunhee in 2018 she was tweaked a bit due to a lot of not so great stuff I was experiencing. So at one point she became my art punching bag; this version of Sunhee represented a lot of shit and anger I was going through —

Initially was only going to do this in the New Year, but decided to at least end 2021 on an artistic bang!

Here's to you !

Also toward the midpoint is this really nice brief action scene with lots of snappy movement

Initially believed to be among the cuts Hiroyuki Imaishi did but probably his revisions on another animator's layout (or vice versa?) instead

Initially carving bone and stone, Simon Tookoome moved to drawing and printmaking as they offered him greater artistic freedom to render movement and dynamism through repeating energy-lines and fluid shapes

Initially, thought it was one of the dumbest Pokémon ever. But after seeing more clips/ learning about it to design a Power Ranger Mech, it’s now one of my favorites 💖🖤

Thank you to the anon collector for acquiring 'Ramen Village' for 9.5 eth. The second in the ninja village series and one of my most viral pieces of art ever. Initially reached 300k+ likes on ig with millions of views and has since spread everywhere! 🍜

One picture of your OC + one picture of an anime character with the same personality

Gravel from Arknights!~ I admit that I had to search carefully because initially I thought about BB from FGO! https://t.co/DS7TmwiJRf

I initially wanted to do cinema/pop culture reference for my genesis collection, but then i realized you might need licensing for that. Working on something different now, just want to share these regardless

Radical Dreamers (1996, Satellaview)

I've wanted to play this ever since I initially fell in love with Chrono Trigger, and so I finally did! I haven't played many VNs, but this definitely left a good impression. The callbacks to CT were nice to see as well

Timurlengia, an early tyrannosauroid that helped show the world that brains were initially more important than brawn for tyrannosaurs. Maybe there’s a lesson here.

I saw it in pinterest and ...
This is Huxiao's Child, with the electro vision. (Initially, I perceived him as a twin brother of HuTao, but from Inazuma, BUT NOW FOR ME THIS IS A HUXIAO CHILD)
for those who don't ship - don't take this tweet seriously and all that

The project was initially only being worked on by (mostly) me using Quakespasm. unfortunately that version if the game/mod died after I lost everything in a Hard-drive crash.

Dead End was initially showed off with the first model sheet style image. I remember asking DJW to publish the second on one of the q&a sites he frequented since the remaining Stunticons had a purple background.

You seriously can’t tell me that Dora isn’t a famous latina icon in cartoons. Hell, WB was initially thought that Speedy Gonzales would be an offense stereotype to the latino community, only to discover that they adored him.
