Morning warmup sketch. Allokotosaurs were WEIRD and so much fun to draw. I decided to sketch today Teraterpeton, a trilophosaurid (possibly) from Late Triassic Nova Scotia 🇨🇦 Just look at that LONG toothless snout (small teeth were present on the back of jaws)

This was a rather rushed drawing, or doodle as you would of called it.
One of my first few drawings with my new Cintiq 13HD with Breadsnout, Russ just chillin'n listening to some relaxing tunes~

Desmatosuchus sp. //

This heavily armored, 4.5 meter (15 ft) long reptile belongs to a group of plant-eating crocodile relatives called aetosaurs. It is thought that the shovel-shaped snout helped it dig for food.

:V Not a lot, really, mostly minor adjustments. He's still white with a cream belly, dorsal and orange monocle. His snout got longer so I can put more teeth in it, lol. Also his humanoid form got chest scutes, I guess. I should look for Kee's first art.

Both fossil specimens of Prejanopterus show a snout curved to the left. If this is not distortion of the fossil, Prejanopterus is surely one of the weirdest https://t.co/OJgmPKFOga

Aaaa I like his teeth and his nose and his snarly snout.

Roo completed!

Happy with this one! The pose was the trickiest part of this piece. A lot of tweaking, but I really liked how it turned out. Same goes for the face where I modified how I drew the snout a couple of times.

Up next: Piglet!

I have given him... A SNOUT!

I really wanted to give it some bug-esque inner jaws, but they'd be useless for chewing given the shape of the snout. Figured it'd be more akin to an iguana with tiny serrated teeth.

Studies of some animals with REALLY great snouts (Coatimundi + giant anteater!)

Ocepechelon from the Late Cretaceous is one of the largest turtles ever. It had a bony, tube-shaped snout which is unique in four-limbed vertebrates. Its skull was 70cm long.

will there be a test preview for the new update, or will it become available for everyone at once?

Also here’s a gif I made of one of my favorite derp snouts, Roriki!

A section through the snout of arguably the cutest little animal to ever go extinct, Diictodon! These tusked, beaked, pug-sized critters from the Permian period belonged to the Synapsida (the group that also includes mammals).

Bumblebee? 🤔wanted to make a mosquito girl first, but delaying that until I figure out how to make the snout cute >_>;
