She is the author of "Land of Lustrous" (Houseki no Kuni). I need to read the manga, but I loved the anime

BTW
She designed, in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Oleana and Chairman Rose.
And that is so cool! I can see her "touch" on them

A bit of late-night sketching with Diamond from Houseki no Kuni. The lips were originally small and anime-style, but I accidentally made a line too long and liked it.

Without the full dust cover art, you lose some visual cleverness like Cinnabar hiding on the inside flap of the art, away from everyone else on the Land of the Lustrous covers.

And also the US cover isn't shiny like the JP cover.
