Same character, the first pic was their initial design, second pic is him after some design tweaks.
This is Nidhogg, a mountain dragon who lives on a extinct volcano. He mines precious minerals for a living, and despite living alone he's actually pretty sociable.

These nocturnal Magi enjoy munching on rocks and gems for minerals to add to their crystallized quills. They curl into a ball to roll around in as their main form of transportation since their sharp crystals deter enemies. Their crystals are said to give them healing qualities!

And here’s day two! The evolution to Quartztronaut is Graveteorite! Graveteorite uses its own personal gravity field to suck in earth and minerals around it to collect for its farmer or to launch at opponents. It bounds around as if it has low gravity from the moon.

Here’s Tyrunt! The theme behind its design is influenced by lava lamps, and the idea is that it eats different metals and minerals and turns them into power which is what the lava is, it can then use the lava for different attacks.

Made this Popuri for some painting practice, but also because I'm sad about the redesign in the Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town remake. I liked her original design so much better!
