This 8x10 watercolor portrait of WWII RAF pilot Watlington was one of 4 RAF heros commissioned for British postage stamps from b&w photos. Watlington's b&w photo is shown in inset. I used Daler-Rowney Artist’s transparent watercolors on Arches-140-lb-cold-pressed paper.
