Do you know about Moho? It's a 2D animation software used by places like Cartoon Saloon for rigged animation. CelAction is highly advanced too and used to make Bluey. Flash is at least 4th, 5th if we're talking hand drawn and add in TVPaint 😅

before working on the mod, i found out that Super Shadow on Shadow The Hedgehog uses the same animations as Super Sonic on Sonic Heroes, only difference is that the hands were not rigged but no big deal for us :P
