Most characters simply have an adjective as their name. Gary and Dave Bomber fit this scheme as well, their names being puns on japanese words for "fat" and "skinny", but it's fun to think that they exude some exceptional quality of Dave-ness and Gary-osity.

Tried making a stylized version of the male character from "Bomberman Act : Zero."

I imagine it as a behemoth that speaks little and knows nothing besides battle...hidden underground for centuries before it fought its way out.
