Actually he has violet eyes and white hair with periwinkle(?) highlights. But I like blue💙 so yeahhh.. Everything is blue 🔹

For proportions i suggest getting a modeling app (i use magicposer, but there are a LOT out there).

Coloring: take a look at everyday objects - try to understand how and where light lands. Reflective surface = more contrast & bright highlights, matte fabric = low contrast
