It's a shame this 90's series(along with Freakazoid) lived a short-life compared to stellar WB cartoons:Tiny Toons,Animaniacs!,and Pinky and The Brain. But I do give credit for trying to be educational and teaching kids about American history through satire and outrageous jokes.
