Testing out a paper texture plus white outlines, makes for a pretty good Paper Mario mockup.
i ended up going with the texture on the left for the final look, but i feel like I want something that looks more like the second image.
the only reason i didn't go with the second image was because the sharp edges made the fire look too chaotic..and idk how to fix it atm
