Man i'm realizing that Animorphs was largely before quality fanart was common and accessible online. Like it certainly existed but back when I was reading it was definitely more of the "12 year olds trying to draw an andalite" variety
Animorphs is the only thing I’ve been thinking about for the past few days

delighted that animorphs now has a graphic novel adaptation... I finally have a visual reference for where it all started to go downhill

she's what i called a "mountain andalite". yes, the alien species from animorphs.
normally they're described as more deer-like, but for the headcanoned mountain variety, i decided to make her more goat-based. enjoy

18. Sometimes he’s shown as a falconer with a red tailed hawk companion. This is usually reserved for “D&D style” settings, but I’m not averse to having it in a modern setting. The hawk’s name is Toby, named after Tobias from Animorphs. Art by @Adabear_Art & @SamOnCassette.
/ unnerving
animorphs but you stop morphing halfway
Do y’all remember the Animorphs books from second grade? Or was that just me?
