The Cass is a creature of deep contrasts and powerful contradictions. Starting with the fact that she looks like a terrifying hell goblin in costume and is The Cutest Thing outside of it.

I understand his 'duality' is very prominent but we should look at him more as a complex whole instead of pointing out all the contradictions and contrasts; since that's just how humans are. The same can be said about me and you. We don't make sense and that's just how it is

This year I'm gonna write me my first superhero story. And a story about heroes can't go without its villain. So, I'd like to introduce Mujun, a nekomata who walks the path of Chaos. He's a cat of contradiction, as you'll soon find out. Thanks to for the art.🖤🤍

"Vivid Nonsense"

I wanted to try to do some textures with acrylic for this one contrasted with smooth shading and shapes. It's about seeing paradoxes and contradictions as they are and coming to terms with confusion and nonsensical scripts

I like the contradiction of Arata saying “with just my own strength alone” while touching the tasuki. I think it invokes the duality of “A team match is a solo match. A solo match is a team match.” At times knowing you have a team beside you allows you to focus fully on yourself.

Random facts

Disturbia would like to do more good than bad but always ruins that plan.

Loki does not see the bad things he does as "bad". More like "natural of me to do this and that"

Eris is a contradiction itself, being as pure as a dove, giving a warm aura but also unluck.

She has little innocent demons inside her eyes, and they recklessly play with matches. I have never seen sparks so pretty. She is a walking contradiction of humility and boasts. Reality braided with fantasy, made of sunshine and ghosts.

Hey, let me introduce myself and my work. I am a queer artist that uses colour to portrait the beauty of bodies. Through my interpretations, I touch fantasies, lifestyles, desires, illusions, and contradictions. In sum, what makes us unique humans. Follow the 🧵 1/5

NEXT WEEK: "The Zine and the Unseen"

Why are China’s fashion magazines losing their edge?
We look at the contradictions of a colonized industry, choosing class over sass, and the way out to a better (stylish) future.

I love reading about omega Kacchan because you always find him living through his pride and contradictions. No matter how strong we are, we all need comfort. Really lovely and warm

When someone tries, really tries to engage with the ambiguity, the contradictions, the philosophy, the downright mercurial nature of Lady Shiva rather than just putting her in a tiny box of evil, you get something that's far more valuable than whatever you do with that box.

It’s the ‘80s, the era of peach-and-teal duvets, and Siobhan finds that Brandy Cinnamon Wages and all of her emotional wreckage and contradictions can be a little overwhelming.
