3: Hoshikawa Lily (Zombieland Saga) is a trans girl.

This is so explicit in the show that the only thing missing is saying the word "transgender". Lily is stated as having different "junk" from the other girls, and has an explitly masculine deadname.

6: Kino (Kino no Tabi) is non-binary.

Kino's gender is kept ambiguous at the beginning of the story, and even after we learn that they're afab, there's no change in how they're represented in the story.

They're also shown to have had a deadname, before taking the name Kino.
