2. Blur layer tsb pake gaussian blur & ubah modenya ke soft light. Opacity 50%

Filter > Blur > Gaussain Blur. I choose 50-60 ish levels of blur but you can slide it to your preference. You can compare the layers to see if you want the change with the preview option. I prefer it so I chose it.

I either Just turn it Black or Copy the base colour, make it darker then erase a little then Gaussian blur. Don’t exactly have a good example for the second method.

I modded him a little bit more. Addind a gaussian blur filter set to overlay behind my original filter.

Now I think the glow is where it should be!

-Alot of Layer blending modes (Color Dodge, Linear Dodge, Divide, and Color Burn)
-Some Gaussian, Motion, and Tilt-Shift blur
-"Some Brushes"
-Gradient mapping, filters, and color balancing for final touches!
