Just noticed like all my OCs have something unique about their eyes.

Inferno has no eyes with holograms over them
Holo has fucking old school Mickey Mouse eyes
Watt has electricity that comes off his eyes
and Ashe is blind in one eye

Jubilee and Skytree in some new techniques I started using.
Jubilee's not only an archeologist and geologist, she's also made a surprisingly functional dream-reader.
Skytree's forte is construction and holograms, though some people more remember him by the nickname of "Cloud 9".

Qilin, like many chinese myth creatures, are designed like chimeras and represent a moral ideal. Over time it was drawn more horse-like, and with 2 horns instead of 1. I chose to depict it with 1 horn in the hairbun holograms because personal preference (and saves time LOL)

Here's the Mightyena robot Shade, with laser guns and fangs she can project with hard holograms as well as two modes, this gal is ready for combat!

Initial design was made by my friend , I made my own spin on it as well as giving her a bipedal form.

I’m working on an 18+ dark magical girl comic series called Black Rhapsody. Its basically Madoka Magica meets Berserk with a dash of Jem and the Holograms. It will be available for crowdfunding on Indiegogo. Follow for updates.

day 15 - treasure

Sugoroku tapes his card together in the anime, I don’t think it’s possible in the manga the way Kaiba shattered it (then proceeds to trap him in a box full of horrific holograms and threaten Yugi to kill him by art attack to play his killing game)

A series I hated working on more than Transformers was Jem, also known as Jem and the Holograms. It ran from '85 to '88. It was about a record company owner Jerrica Benton, her singer alter-ego Jem, and her band the Hologram. Too many wardrobe change to draw.

My Jem and the Holograms fashion redesign series 🎸✨ I love the aesthetic of the original 80s show, so I wanted to keep that energy but put a modern twist on their outfits for this fan art!

In 2015 I was bitten by a nostalgic bug that got me making a series of fan art of Jem & The Holograms.

Aja was the first as she was my favourite. This is the only one I inked traditionally. The watercolours? All Photoshop.

Jerrica Benton is secretly the leader of the glamorous and exciting music group, in the animated sci-fi/adventure children's series first airing in syndication on this date in 1985.
