Sometimes I get 1 that I call a gimme. It comes quick! Don't feel like I deserve credit for it 🤣 I did this one warming up this morning. Took about 1 hour. Usually I spend a week on one. Its14x11 "Cigar Bliss" oil on canvas. I painted freer than I usually do & used some impasto

Did my normal "alla prima" style for blocking in colors and values, but stayed away from the standard impasto/palette knife tools and textures this time

Call it an existential "will my dream clients like me or should I change my gimmick🙃" moment of weakness!
