As you can see in many official merchandise of the game.
Even the intro puts him in the same category as K' and Kula.
(Love that intro)
Without him the game lost something important :(

Guys, as are you, you know you shouldn't eliminate k9999, I know that nameless would be the replacement for the unstable clone, but it doesn't have the essence that the canonical version of the 2001 kof delivery has 🙏
