It bothers me how Amy Rose isn't used to her full potential in Classic Sonic stuff. The times where she does appear are really fun, but she's yet to be a playable character in a mainline classic game.
Having her playable in Origins would have been a cool bonus, just saying.
These two have the best designs out of all the mainline series Pokemon protagonists imo.
The Babylon Rouges are the Waluigi of Sonic.
Characters who are relegated to spin-offs they were created for and still have made no official appearances in the mainline games despite being recurring and having their own fans.
4. Not sure where it really falls on the mainline vs spinoff spectrum cause it's kinda iffy, but I'll say my favorite "spinoff" game is Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. I played & replayed it for HOURS. Probably the most through I've been w/ a game, and I just love how unique it was.
I do find it interesting that they HAVE actually had some change to their layout rules by only insisting on the small tag banner rather than a whole bounding box in recent years -- but it seems to only apply to mainline HanaYume books and not things from LaLa and the like?
In Fortune Street, this Platypunk happens to be a member of the Plob that can only be found in the Slime Morimori series. With this being said, Fortune Street is one of the few games where DQ’s mainline characters are interacting with and against a DQ spin off series’ character.
Here’s the new Einosaurus. I won’t be buying a lot of the new mainline figures. I and I think many other collectors will be going for the Hammond collection and passing on a lot of the very below average sculpts and paint apps of the mainline. #JurassicWorld
18) Pokemon Red - The only mainline pokemon game I never finished, now done! (I've played FireRed but not the original). It may have aged, but it was a blast! It was super cool seeing the series' roots and taking note of how it's grown over the years. Pokemon is timeless. 7.5/10

Just be thankful that Fire Emblem has had a new mainline game in the past 3 years
meanwhile (from left to right)
10 years
5 years
4 years
a whopping 18 years https://t.co/YopONcc9dL
Grouping the next three likes together to keep the thread kind organized lol but yeye the Final Fantasy list continues!
Life goal is to cosplay a character from at least each mainline entry~
All I want is for Blind Wolves to be in a new mainline Halo game finally 🤞
I’m so excited for the possibilities this opens.
If we get characters from outside the mainline games, why limit it only to the anime?
I’d be OVERHYPED to see Yellow and Raticate, or Emerald and Jirachi from PokéSpe join the game🤩 https://t.co/tgr8xM7oHq

Now that IDW's 2.0. mainline Transformers universe has ended its run I'm going to re-read it all
I think the only TF books they've still got left to publish is Last Bot Standing and Shattered Glass 2, unless they publish more in the next 5 months
America if we electrified the ATSF mainline in the 70s @alanthefisher
@Pyllymursu the battle network games had such fantastic designs for characters. It feels like hatman.exe got some of magicmans traits from the mainline, while magicman.exe himself got made into a cool arcane master.
People hate this for not being a "proper" Wreckers book, and I can understand that, but what really gets me is it's not a good piece of fiction for the Speedia 500 toyline. The plot centers around a few new Legacy mainline toys, with only two Speedia characters in minor roles.
@CRANTIME Maybe the a SMT series? Not the persona games perse but the team building of mainline SMT games like 4 and 5
Sonic hasn't smiled in key renders for mainline games since 2013 (Lost World).
And I'm loving it. Give us more pissed Sonic 😭
