To clearify, Pikachu made it to the 30 most popular, but Mimikyu made it to Top 10. Pikachu was 19th, and Eevee is 20th. Also, Bulbasaur made it to the 13th. Which made it the 3rd most popular starter. You can follow the link in Pokémon's tweet to see the list.

Hello Hatterene. I love this Pokémon's design so much that I just had to try drawing her. I mean, just look at those eyes... Drawn in Clip Studio Paint.

Quick shout-out to the most underated feature in this game - Pokémon Camp! This really elevated the game for me, and my Pokémon felt more alive and cuter than ever. You can tell a lot of effort went into the Pokémon's expressions and movements here!

The first Pokémon is Taffle. This little guy likes to float around, scattering small embers around it.
Taffle evolves into Tillie. Tillie is more modest compared to Taffle, but try to stay on this Pokémon's good side otherwise it will give you a nasty burn when you touch it.

DAILY NINTENDO FACT

In Pokémon's Gen II, if a Pokémon's Speed, Defense & Special IVs are all 10, and its Attack IV is 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14 or 15, it will always be a shiny, which results in a 1/2^13 chance. In Gen III, the chances are the same, but with a different method

No. 008: Wartortle

This Pokémon's furry tail is used to determine its age--the deeper in color of the fur, the older the Wartortle. Its shell has become as hard as its noggin, which can be used to bash opponents when threatened. The ears and tail help keep its balance underwater
