Slinger the Ocelot is a reference to Metal Gear Solid's Revolver Ocelot, using twin revolver Wispons as his choice of weapons, having a habit of spinning/juggling them, wearing a similar beret and scarf to MGS3 Ocelot, and even doing the famous "You're pretty good" gesture.
