Don't forget the Terrible Trio and Mashtooth! Mashtooth even had his own costume in The Legendary Starfy/Starfy 5. I can see any character or transformation from the series working as a Mii costume unless they're too small, has no human-like limbs, or are naked like how Starfy is

As for future content Starfy may receive outside of a fighter, maybe Miis based around other characters such as Bunston or characters like Mama and Papa Star or the Pufftop Guards and Bunneran Soldiers could be added as DLC. Heck, you could even pull side characters like Shurikit

Starfy also has plenty abilities in his games that could make for some fun Smash moves! Spinning around like a top, his glide ability, spinning with Moe, riding on vehicles, dropping like a shooting star, transforming with his friend, Bunston, and even more on top of all of that!

Well, Starfy may bring new gimmicks/mechanics to Smash, like easy combos thanks to his Star Spin, but preventing spam by using his dizzy mechanic. He could also rep his own genre, "marine action"
