To me the character is eternal. This can also come into play with the character's origin. Her name "Wisp" was because her original design was as a fairy-like character named Wisp. She and the Colorkids went through many changes as they developed.

Pip is The wisp, and hes an Alpha wisp. Which means he grows stronger with each use and with training.
