His head draws a lot of attention in the original, so it will have something similar to a hat, as I mentioned before, for the moment the idea I have is to keep part of the tail like the original, but as the head gets closer I will make it more similar to the angler fish

Also remembered I got the Underlight Angler on him back in Legion! Neat! I never did get any of the perks on it tho, which is a slight bummer, but I can still get the achievement for the other tints which is good enough for me :]

anyway my last ROTTMNT oc is Angel, the anglerfish Yokai that will disguise himself as anything he feels threatened by at the moment to hopefully lower the chance of being attacked; this causes confusion when He ends up being found by Raph during a city sweep.
