Some pictures from a walk on High Hartsop Dodd, Little Hart Crag, Red Screes and Middle Dodd. Instead of dropping off Middle Dodd I came back to Scandale Pass and down by Caiston Beck to Brothers Water, pretty but a bit rough (the path, not me!)

If you explore Warton Crag, you might just come across the Dog Hole Cave. The cave extends 70ft, where many discoveries have been made: the human remains of 11 people, bear teeth, bronze and iron, Roman scales, and a Celtic sword now owned by the British Museum.
