Today’s is small, shy and herbivorous. Despite this it is also one of the most deadly. The vivid markings on its wings are a warning to any would-be predator that this species is highly poisonous. Glands on the tips and undersides of the wings excrete a lethal toxin.

Monday’s is a bizarre little thing, all eyes and teeth and strangeness. An ambush predator, it camouflages itself under fallen leaves, waiting for unwary prey to approach its fang-filled jaws.
