I hope I'm getting this right, but it appears the dynamic style of episode 11 of Acrobunch is all thanks to Kazuhiro Ochi. He is credited with storyboard, directing, and animation directing. He also worked on the opening for the show.

As foretold by the cover, the villain Yellowjacket (not the Hank Pym one) is broken out of jail by the Grey Gargoyle and Screaming Mimi! There’s also an unidentified voice that seems to be directing the villains, but we don’t know who it is for now.
