basically doing this 🫡 procreates selection tool is really smooth, it just makes it easier since i usually shade by airbrushing and then erasing edges to give it a harsher line, w this i don’t have to do that

I didn't get to this on the weekend like I planned, but I've just finished 20 1x1 & about to start a series of 2x2 in more sporadic shapes, so they can be used on corners & the edges of piles.

I'll need to do some more sparsely cluttered ones as well.

I’d pick some Miku lookalikes, such as Mio Hermit from Eden Zero which Hiro acknowledges as unintentionally resembling Miku.

Then there’s Privaty from Nikke Goddess of Victory who’s an adorable tsundere cyborg waifu.

Faruzan from Genshin also somewhat resembles Miku

On the other hand, keeping the high frequency basically keeps the edges and allows to alter the color by inpainting the low frequency. (left: original; right: after inpainting the low frequency part)

i also like to make a new layer set to overlay at the very end and gently airbrush areas i want more saturated with bright colors such as the neck/face.
i forget what it's called but i really like to use it for adding saturated edges to shadows

You did! And if you want to fill the white circle around the frame, the edges of it must touch the border of the image, like this. You can use it if you want :)
