Estão me perguntando como aprendi a fazer esse "efeito anime" nas minhas artes.

Bom, com tentativa e erro. Só peguei um MONTE de referências e estudei cuidadosamente. Tentando destrinchar cada elemento que fazia aquilo ter cara de anime e fui tentando aplicar até chegar perto.
