Tad late to talking about this but I'm glad they finally gave Waluigi another special outfit in Mario Kart Tour.

Bus Driver Waluigi was a legend, so I'm glad to see him get another one in the form of Vampire Waluigi. He looks pretty sick overall.

I keep seeing this theory that says Jimmy is Waluigi, which is just obviously false, but I entertained it anyway and did a small edit to debunk it by slapping Waluigi's features to where they'd fit on Jimmy's face. God, this man is NOT Waluigi. This would be terrifying.
