So, I don't think Katsuki read Izuku's letter, and here's why. If we look at this panel, the letter was written on lined paper, but the outside of what Katsuki is ripping up isn't lined. Unless the paper is the fancy one-sided stuff and not sheets from his own notebooks-

I think this may be the best page in Obsidian Blaze so far. No dialogue except for the last panel, all facial expressions, you know exactly what the characters are thinking, plus the composition is real good. Not to brag, but I kinda killed it with this page
