@DanielBGreene “Kim & Kim” by Magdalene Visaggio and Eva Cabrera is one of my favorites. A lot of great use of solid color backgrounds that make the characters pop and dynamic use panels.

I'm not even arguing that you should draw super-detailed backgrounds in ever panel! Just, like, occasionally! 1 per page or so!

If you focus your efforts on establishing shots you can get away with minimal details on all other panels. I do it all the time in Castoff.

Love me some low-quality panels.
