Mega Pinsir appreciation post. I love it and it won me countless battles in the Gen 6/7 era. It was also my first competitive built Pokemon. Thanks for saving me so many times!

Lost Pokemon of the Day: Plux

First revealed when Gold & Silver's 1997 demo leaked in 2018, Plux was originally planned to evolve from Pinsir at level 42. He appeared just after Scizor in the demo Pokedex -- the two were likely meant as rivals.

I went back to Route 12 to train Ghazal and she faced a wild Pinsir who gave her a tough time. Silver jumped in to save the situation and was badly injured, and now Ghazal feels bad for getting her friend hurt. Fortunately Silver doesn't seem to hold a grudge against her.

today on pokemon rp, haru caught a rare pinsir called the briar horns. only issue is that she basically has the equivalent of 2 badges, and it's level 42. I sense some issues ahead.
