some more Sesa get 2 dragons at E2 while other dragon operators have 1 or 0 dragons. so there's probably a special reason. and how he changes modes in different voiced lines.

Bagpipe might have higher rarity and is way more meta than Sesa (who is physical Skyfire oof), but Sesa obviously has the better E2 art.
