More than two years ago I had started to redraw this piece, ...but I thought I accidentally deleted it and I had already forgotten about it.

The other day I was sorting my files and I found a backup so I took the opportunity to finish it.

It's still surprise me that all the treatment i get in the government hospital only cost $0.24. Though for some serious case the cost can still reach $1000+
