Because of this, her expulsion from the X-Men (by way of stabbing) becomes a deeply sympathetic tragedy, knowing that her anger and despair consumed her seemingly beyond the point of redemption; in her eyes, anyway. 7/7

Fifty years ago today, filming began on Hammer’s final Egyptological thriller, BLOOD FROM THE MUMMY’S TOMB. Despite a production schedule marred by illness and tragedy, it’s engaging, atmospheric, and the only effective screen adaptation of Bram Stoker’s THE JEWEL OF SEVEN STARS.

And as we thought 2020 will be nothing but tragedy, The9 had our backs
And so as they face troubles in their career, it is up to us to have their backs

I'm working on a story concept for a Fallout New Vegas fic based on the idea of a "no no bad" run where the courier joined the legion after a pretty aweful tragedy, but ends up taking over in a coup, and I drew these little concept art pieces that I thought I might share.

Damien and Victor's story is... tragic at best. A little sneak peak of some of said tragedy, in comic form.

Why the whole “I wished upon a star to be a mutant” does not work for me. So much trauma, so much tragedy, and whatever power dynamic never adjusted that back? Nah, I don’t buy it.
