Starter is a hard one, but I think Treecko wins by a hair.
I just like my cool lizard, they got a solid design too.
(My runner up was Dewott. But I only like his second form while I think all of treecko forms are cool)

Sceptile!
Treecko was my very first Pokémon and I grew so much attachment to it. Sceptile is just so cool and I find it also cute. Further cementing is that Ash actually has one and I loved its personality.
