I will say waid gets doom’s haughty & wry sense of humor, plus the reed-doom mutual hang up in his own almost darkfic way, because he’s good at reed and that rubs off on doom in SOME respect, y’know. mirrored counterparts and all that!

Happy 60th anniversary to the the bedrock of the Marvel Universe as we know it!

I highly recommend reading the Mark Waid/Mike Wieringo run of F4 if you want to know more about them. Good comics, there.

Oui !

Current:
The Nice House on the Lake

Older:
The Flash by Mark Waid
Wonder Woman by George Perez
Green Lantern by Geoff Johns

...and I always love old Legion of Super-Heroes but it is hard to jump into

The has been my biggest surprise on the new DC line. It is great to read Wally again and it funnels an energy from the Waid run that is amazing. clearly loves the character, and this annual is a BIG proof of that

I think ideally, lose some of the lines and with the belt, maaaaybe take cues from the Waid era look?

Most Flash villains are pretty underrated, but I think Abra Kadabra more so than any other. He was basically Wally’s arch-nemesis during Mark Waid’s run where he actively ruined his life, and played a part in him being forgotten by the world until Rebirth. https://t.co/VVQvhBtQm4

Ur a third rate duelist with a fourth rate deck

Ty to the bwavest cat boy for the waid and for this cursed image LOL

Waid initially had Doom use Val as a pawn but the way Hickman and others expand their relationship is so good

Finished the Mark Waid run on Fantastic Four, besides the non-Wieringo art being lackluster and a few moments that didn't land, this is easily some of the best FF stuff I've read

Waid understands the characters so well and their interactions are the highlight of the run

Started the Waid and Wieringo run on Fantastic Four. It nails the characters perfectly so far and is a perfect place to begin for new fans while also taking the characters in interesting directions for old ones

You can bet Mark Waid and his Super Lawyer from DC know who he is.

And if he was a nobody as you say, then why they false flagged one of his videos?

Been appallingly lax lately in posting about it but are having great fun on the revisiting 's seminal run on JLA.

Join us, why not, as we dive into the strange case of Julian September by guest writer Mark Waid!

I have a cool idea for a Flash arc of Max Mercury training Wallace West. Paralleling Max training Wally in the Waid run, it would be Max showing Wally how to truly take up his own role in the Flash family

3- Waid o Quemoz, siempre que pienso en mi historia ellos vienen a mi mente, son lo que mas he trabajado xd

Waid's Daredevil run is rightly acclaimed, but that Daredevil/Spidey/Black Cat team-up? Sublime stuff.
